Why the Old Mass?
"From the Officers of the St Joseph Association:

On June 12, 2008 the Called to BE Church Leadership Group announced its plans to recommend to Bishop Hubbard that St Peter's Church be closed on Pentecost (May 29) 2009.  On the following day, Jim Agnew, Paul Audino, Jim Ayrey, Joe Kearney and Peter Ranalli met with Chancellor Elizabeth Simcoe to begin a dialogue about what this means for the Latin Mass congregation and to plan for our future.  We would like to share with everyone the substance of those discussions and to involve the congregation in planning for our future.

To that end, we will hold a meeting in the Lyceum immediately after Mass on Sunday, June 29, 2008.  EVERYONE is invited and encouraged to attend."

Announcement from Father Gorman (March 30, 2008)
