Items of Interest to St. Peter and St. Paul's Tridentine Parish
Two High Masses Per Month!
Attention Latin Mass Parishioners:  We now offer High Mass on two Sundays. Therefore, High Mass will be on the First & Third Sundays of the month (October thru June).  The First Sunday Mass continues as 12:30. All other Masses, including the Third Sunday High Mass, remain at 12:00 noon.
 
 Children of Mary  
Sister Mary Madeleine, DC, has started a Children of Mary Group at St. Paul's for children 4 to 11 years (accompanied by a parent). The meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month in St. Paul's Church Hall, beginning at 1:30 pm. There is recitation of the Rosary in Church, followed by a video about Our Blessed Mother. The children color a picture of Mary while parents meet to receive materials to take home. Refreshments are served, and the day ends at 3:30 pm--in time for the 4 o'clock Mass for those wishing to attend. Call Sr. Mary Madeleine at 518-274-3630.

A Traditional Latin Mass will be offered at 8 AM at St. Peter's.
 

 Old Sixth Avenue Fire Victims  

There were 3 families that lived in the house. With your generous donations of $600.00 from St. Peter's and $827 from St. Paul's, we were able to help out all the families. Thank you to Sr. Florence Joseph for being our contact person with the families in need.

 

 St. Paul's  NYC Trip, June 16, 2004  
The New York City trip is fully booked; but a waiting list is being established. The cost for the June l6, 2004 trip is $98.00 per person, and includes transportation and orchestra seats for the Broadway show Mama Mia.  Father Flanagan Humanitarian Award Dinner, Sunday April 25, 2004  
At Franklin Plaza, Grand & Fourth Streets, Troy, NY. Cash bar: 5:00-6:00 PM. Dinner at 6:00 PM. The Father Flanigan Humanitarian Award will be presented to Michael Cocca and to Frank & Pauline Sirtori and posthumously to Katherine Doody and Margaret Purtel. Tickets are $35.00.

A Mass of Thansgiving will be held at St. Peter's Church, Troy, NY at 4 PM, April 25, 2004.
The award is named for the late Father Thomas Flanigan, former pastor of St. Peter's Church Troy. Proceeds benefit Father Flanigan's Marching Band.

 Wanted Special People  
To volunteer for the Community Hospice of Rensselaer County which provides care for terminally ill patients and their families.
